German Law Journal Editor Plays Prominent Role at the Annual Meeting of the Association of German Public Law Professors (Linz – 7 October 2016)

Prof. Jürgen Bast (University of Giessen), a member of the German Law Journal ‘s Editorial Board, will deliver a lecture on the subject “Völker- und unionsrechtliche Anstöße zur Entterritorialisierung des Rechts” (“International and Union Law Impetuses for the De-territorialization of the Law”) at the Annual Meeting of the Association of German Public Law Professors (Linz).

Bast is a widely-recognized expert in the areas of European Union law and refugee/asylum law.  Professor Bast has featured prominently in the media as the European refugee crisis has dominated the public’s attention.
