Catharine MacKinnon’s article ‘Three Crises: Saving the World’  was prepared as part of the GLJ Special Issue 26.2 (2025) on ‘Constitutionalist Challenges and the Practice of Judging‘. It is based on the keynote lecture by the author at the conference ‘Constitutional Challenges – Judging under Pressure’, held at the Hertie School, Berlin, on 8-9 February, 2024.
